Founded by Joe Walsh, Fortress has grown into a high-performance national group under leadership of CEO Peter Taylor. With more than 40 years of collective industry experience, the leadership team has built a business grounded in accountability, clarity, and strong commercial discipline. Our team recently took part in the 3M Panel Bond Adhesives and Paint Finishing Training at the I-CAR Centre — a hands-on, 6-hour session focused on refining key industry skills. From mastering panel bond techniques to perfecting paint finishing, it was a valuable learning experience all round.
