Growing the next generation: Anton completes his Automotive Body Repair Apprenticeship

Fortress cellebrated Anton Bourke becoming a qualified tradesman this week.

This milestone reflects not only Anton’s commitment, skill, and perseverance, but also Fortress’s belief that our people, skills, and culture are the pillars that bring our strategy to life.

Anton’s journey has been supported through the Fortress Apprentice Training Program—from structured monthly in-house training and coaching, to I-CAR training, Car-O-Liner training and backing by our apprentice mentors and dedicated trainer. These investments are how we grow the next generation of tradespeople in Australia and keep lifting the bar on quality and safety.

At Fortress, we know the repair industry is a people business—and achievements like this show how investing in growth strengthens our entire team. Anton’s dedication to quality repairs and professionalism embodies our mission to maintain the highest industry standards and ensure safety and satisfaction are always at the core of what we do.
