Fortress Head of People, Culture & Change presents at the National Collision Repairer Symposium

Sarah Moynihan and Rob Bartlett discussed The ACIA funded research project today with Griffith University Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing. The team presented their findings on the factors influencing industry turnover and retention. The ongoing research will shed light on employee and workplace characteristics impacting turnover, and enable understanding of the key predictors of success in other industries that can be used in collision to attract and retain talent, including mechanisms to support a more diverse workforce.
